A Mountain Environment Knowledge Hub(M-eKH) Initiative on Emerging Environmental Issues in the indu-Kush Himalayan Region as UNEP Global Resource Information Database(GRID) Space Technology and Applications for Integrated Mountain Development in partnership with European Space Agency(ESA) Digital Asia Network promoted by Japanese Space Agency (JAXA) in Collaboration between Keio University, Japan, Geoinformatics Centre of Asian Institute of Technology (GIC-AIT), Thailand and ICIMOD, Nepal Comprehensive information on protected areas and database of species found in Nepal. A collaboration among Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation(DNPWC), ICIMOD and IUCN Nepal building together science and participation to achieve sustainable mountain ecosystem management.
